Once you have found where to buy your Kratom powder, it’s time to learn how to take Kratom.

This is the recommended starting point and will give you a great launching pad to experiment further with.

One word – Tolerance.
You will gradually develop a tolerance for a particular strain of Kratom if you’re not strategically dosing.
This means, in the beginning your correct dose was 2 grams, but over time you have began to notice 5 grams is more enjoyable for you.
Tolerance is not like a GPA or your bank account.
It’s not a good thing when this goes higher and higher.

In the beginning, it’s important to rotate the strains of Kratom you dose. Usually every day should be a brand new strain of Kratom and don’t overlap the same strain within three days.
For example, to establish a correct “dose” of Kratom powder you need to first establish a dosing strategy which will ensure you are taking 2 – 5 grams (and not a pinch more) in each dose.
Rotating your strains will make sure you stay at this dose and not create a tolerance for any one strain of Kratom. This is why all of the newbie’s need to know when they buy Kratom for the first time, they should purchase 4 – 7 one ounce bags. Each of these one ounce bags should be a different strain and color of Kratom.
Here’s an example:

First dose could be the Red Bali (my favorite), second dose could be White Bali and Wild Green mixed, etc.
Mix and match the way you dose your Kratom to get the desired enjoyment out of each dose.
