Craving Kratom is committed to providing secure and speedy delivery of your Kratom orders to all of our U.S. customers.

When you order Kratom from Craving Kratom, your order will be shipped on the same day if placed before 2pm PST (5pm EST). Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8am-4pm, Saturday 9am-2pm PST. Please note that we are closed on holidays.

When you purchase Kratom from us, we will keep you up-to-date on your shipment with email updates – and we guarantee delivery. Orders are mailed via USPS and FedEx services, with Priority and Priority Mail Express being the most common shipping methods used. Once shipped, your package will arrive within 2 to 3 days’ priority mail, not including Sundays and holidays.

Please note the USPS has said the COVID-19 situation may add a day or 2 to delivery times.

We may not be able to ship to your city or state; please check your local regulations if you have difficulty placing your order.

Priority Mail Express

When you order Kratom from us, you have the option of having your package shipped out for next day delivery via Priority Mail Express, which typically arrives within 1 to 2 days depending on your location. Please note that additional shipping rates apply for Priority Mail Express deliveries.

Secure Shipping

All orders are carefully packaged in safety bubble wrap to reduce the chances of the order being damaged and to inhibit noise.

All orders are packaged and sealed using adhesive strips so that our customers can tell if their order has been tampered with.

For your convenience, Craving Kratom packages are securely labeled.
We ship our product in airtight, resealable packaging to preserve freshness.


Tracking numbers are provided with all orders purchased through Tracking numbers are a convenient perk that makes it easy to track your package, getting an accurate, up to date estimate of arrival, as well as confirm order delivery. If an order is lost in transit due to a USPS error, a replacement order will immediately be sent out.
